3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or cancellation of the service.
3.2. Cancellation
Bookings can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the garden clearance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change based on the scope of work.
4.1. Additional Charges
Any additional work requested beyond the initial agreement will be billed separately. Clients will be informed of any extra costs before the commencement of such work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
